When I put my Lucchese
boots on I like to imagine that I’m dancing to “Man! I Feel Like A Woman” with George Strait in an old, comfortably crowded dancehall while our chilled Lonestar’s wait for us on the oak ledge of the dance floor. Wow- I need to make this happen one day- haha. Cowboy boots, but make them glam AF.
I am borderline obsessed with my Lucchese Priscilla
boots, and I love that they transition from a typical concert setting that I would wear these (they’ll be making their Billy Bob’s debut in 2 weeks for a concert in 2 weeks with my girlfriends) to being able to pull them off on a GNO in Dallas, too.
Despite the fact that I’m from Texas and grew up on a Central Texas ranch, I think everyone needs a good pair of boots. Lucchese’s
are basically the Gucci of cowboy boots. They’re not only incredibly well made, and handmade in Texas at that, but they are seriously so GOOD LOOKING. The quality really is top-notch and I think if you’ve ever had a pair you know exactly where I’m coming from. They are eye-catchers, but they’re also extremely comfortable. Unlike a lot of expensive shoes that are pretty (Louboutin’s) but very uncomfortable, these fit so well. They are comfortable AND stylish, and that’s a win in my book.
I’ve been able to style these so many ways because they are a more trendy, versatile style, but if you want something more traditional and timeless, they’ve got a plethora of options for those, too. You cannot go wrong with Lucchese
and I can’t stress that enough. They aren’t like some boots out there that hurt your feet after a few hours, you can wear these all day (and night, if that’s what you’re feelin’). Another thing I appreciate about these is the leather. It doesn’t ever get that worn, slouchy look because they are made so well. You will definitely see these making multiple appearances on the blog.
With Christmas right around the corner, these would make the best gift. If you really want to show someone how much you love and appreciate them, get them some Lucchese’s (Dad, I hope you’re not reading this). They will love them so much and they’re a gift that can truly be used and appreciated instead of sitting in a box in a hall closet somewhere.
