One thing I hope you guys have noticed as you have followed me along on my blog and Instagram is that most of my pieces are very affordable.
Lets be real. I am a single independent woman (oh heyy Beyonce), still growing in my career. AKA I am ballin on a budget. I love all of the luxury brands just as much as any girl, but the fact is– most these items just aren’t within my financial means right now. Aside from investment pieces, purses and shoes, most of my wardrobe articles are under $50. I am sorry, I just cannot justify spending $100+ dollars for a plain shirt. I don’t care if its woven out of unicorn hair. I just can’t.
One of the best things about shopping on a budget is when you come across items that are unique, and truly look high end. I scored this cropped jacket for a killer deal (I still want to get it tailored a bit, but I just couldn’t wait to wear it) from one of my favorite websites for affordable finds, SheIn. I actually plan to do a post soon giving some of my experiences and advice for ordering off of this website, so stay tuned for that. I just love the bright colors and the embroidery on this jacket, perfect for this less than fall like weather we have been having.
While I will say sometimes it is difficult being a fashion blogger in a constant game of “keeping up with the Jones’s”, I pride myself on keeping my outfits and pieces I feature affordable, without having to sacrifice style.
