Happy Sunday guys! I can’t believe it is already mid-April! Spring has sprung which also means we are making our way to summer. I am ready, but my bikini bod still needs some work. I am no health guru but it’s time to get back on the health bandwagon (I’ve totally been slacking) and get my eating habits back in check. Speaking of health, I am partnering with Stage to help get back on track with some heart healthy recipes as a part of their Bring Heart Home campaign. During the month of April Stage is helping (and encouraging others) to support and raise money for the American Heart Association. With some of my family having a history of heart complications this is something I am so excited to be a part of! I also want to share with you guys how you can get involved too! During the month of April if you tag a photo on Facebook or Instagram with #BringHeartHome , Stage will donate $1.oo to the American Heart Association (up to $25,000). How amazing is that? Like I mentioned, I am really trying to incorporate more healthy recipes into my week (especially dinner- thats where I struggle the most) and not eat out as much! I have a beautiful new kitchen that sadly hasn’t seen much action! My pots and pans I have had since my freshman year of college were literally starting to rust and I’m honestly embarrassed that I was even still cooking with them. Yikes!
