Spring Cardigan

I have been absolutely loving the opportunities I have had to break out some of my favorite new Spring pieces. While I want to immediately reach for my denim cutoffs or a romper everyday, it is still a bit chilly for that most days– not to say I haven’t prematurely worn them. Because I totally have, and was kicking myself as I was freezing at times. Cool. (Seriously, I think Texas girls are the worst. In the fall/winter as soon as the temps hit below 70 girls are busting out their oversize scarves and boots. Then, come Spring/Summer when it starts to get above 60 we are ready for dresses and shorts. I laugh, because I am SO guilty of this as well!) So, as soon as I saw this pink boyfriend cardigan I knew it would be perfect for this “in-between” weather we are having! I was also obsessed with the perfect pink color! I added these neon heels to dress it up a bit, but I have also worn this outfit with some lace up flats for more of a casual look!

So this past Easter weekend I was able to go home to spend the weekend with my family! As I have mentioned before, I am from a very small town and grew up on a ranch. It was so nice to get out of the city and spend the weekend back home. Feeling so recharged and loved after a weekend with my family. Isn’t that the best feeling?
